Professional Bio

Clinical skill with restorative care

Bex holds a First Class Honours degree in Sports Therapy and brings together musculoskeletal assessment, joint mobilisation, dry needling, electrotherapies, taping, and soft tissue techniques to support recovery, pain relief, and better movement.

Alongside her clinical work, she has more than 10 years of experience in holistic care, including therapeutic massage, myofascial release, reflexology, aromatherapy, and restorative wellbeing treatments. This blend of clinical reasoning and hands-on care shapes the calm, supportive approach at Sidmouth Restorative Therapy.

My aim is to help people feel listened to, move more comfortably, and receive treatment that supports both recovery and overall wellbeing.
