About Sidmouth Restorative Therapy
Evidence-based manual therapy and restorative wellbeing treatments in Sidmouth—supporting pain relief, better movement, and calmer recovery.
Our approach
Clinical care, tailored to you
Every session starts with listening and an evidence-based assessment. We combine clinical manual therapy with soft tissue and restorative treatments to help you move with confidence.
Whether you’re managing persistent pain, recovering from injury, or simply want to feel more at ease in your body, we focus on practical outcomes and a supportive experience.

What you can expect
A clear, professional process—so you understand what’s going on and what to do next.

Step 1
Assessment & plan
We take a thorough history, assess movement and symptoms, and agree a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.
Step 2
Hands-on treatment
Treatment may include joint mobilisation, dry needling, electrotherapies, kinesiology taping, strapping, myofascial dry cupping, and massage—always chosen for your needs.

Step 3
Restore & maintain
We’ll support your recovery with advice and progression—so improvements last beyond the treatment room.

Professional standards
Safe, accountable, and client-centred
You’ll be treated with care, clarity, and professionalism—whether you’re an athlete, active adult, or simply looking for restorative wellbeing.
