Qualifications & experience

Rebecca J Parker (Bex) holds a 1st Class honours degree in Sports Therapy and specialises in MSK therapy, joint mobilisations, and a holistic mindset and standard of care.

Her multidisciplinary training includes dry needling, myofascial dry cupping, electrotherapies, and taping. She has extensive experience working with sports teams, supporting injury care and building rehabilitation plans that help people return to training with confidence.

Alongside clinical work, she has over 10 years of holistic care experience through therapeutic massage, myofascial release, reflexology, and aromatherapy—supporting restorative wellbeing as well as recovery.
